The Sahana Project Council (SPC) is a decision-making body composed of representatives of projects that advance the mission and goals of the SSF. It allocates funds to its members through a transparent spokescouncil process. All member projects have been invited to join by the other member projects. Each project agrees to adhere to process and documentation guidelines outlines in our charter.

The SPC is chartered, funded and overseen by the SSF Board of Directors.

• EDEN Codebase: Open source information and resource management application.
• SSF Operations: Maintaining the SSF's core organizational structures.
• Disaster Response: Mobilizing the SSF Community to respond to disasters.
• Center for Excellence: A center to develop and implement innovative free and open solutions.
