Sahana Vesuvius moves to Github

The Sahana Vesuvius project has moved its repository from Launchpad to Github. This decision was universally supported by the Vesuvius community. See this blog post for more information about the migration process. More information about instructions for developers to migrate to Git are available on the GitHub Wiki page.

  1. Hi I just came across the sahana trains 8 la county communities from 2013. https://sahanafoundation.org/sahana-trains-8-communities-in-resilience-mapping-tool/

My partner and I know and have worked with all the people showed in the first picture from pico union starting with Carmen in the front. This confirms the poor level of local communication by government and non-profit agencies.

I’ve recently have been working to configure a sahana eden instance located at: http://caltek.net . I live in pico union and i contribute to the open street maps for los angeles. I’d very much like to speak with you regarding not only the status of the 8 la county communities project but be able to share my vision of ways I’m hoping to greatly improve localized communications using sahana.

    thanks.
