The Fourth Annual Meeting of the Members and the Board of Directors of the Sahana Software Foundation will take place as a virtual web conference on June 14-16, 2013. The Sahana Software Foundation invites its Members, users and contributors to set aside time this weekend to attend the sessions as if attending a face-to-face in-person meeting.
The Sahana Software Foundation Directors will meet on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 1800 UTC to conduct official business prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the following dates and times and is open for anyone to attend:
- Saturday, June 15 at 1600 UTC for 2+ hours, and then continuing on
- Sunday, June 16 at 1400 UTC for 2+ hours.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting includes reports from the Foundation’s officers and our projects to the community, as well as community-led discussions and presentations. If you would like to add an item to this agenda or suggest a topic for discussion, or have something you would like to present to the Sahana community, please add it to the Community Agenda.
The 2013 Annual General Meeting is open for anyone to participate in and attend via web conference, telephone or VoIP or text chat.
